Ruhiges Altbau-Zimmer (Innenhof) - WG am Augarten

Für uns die beste Lage :) Augarten direkt vor der Haustür! Sehr nah am Zentrum, mit Rad oder zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar. Gleichzeitig bringen Augarten und Mur viel Wohnqualität mitten in der Stadt...spontanes Picknick, Spazieren/Laufen an der Mur... Busverbindung (34er, ca. 2 Gehminuten), Jakominiplatz (ca. 6 Gehminuten), Spar ums Eck, Hofer ca. 3 Radminuten. Blaue Zone (Parken) vor dem Haus.

For us the best location in town :) Augartenpark directly in front of the house. Very close to the city center, quite every place is walking or biking distance. Furthermore the park and the river Mur (300 m from front door) enhance the quality of living here...spontaneous picnics, going for walks, running along the river....buses (line 34, 2 min walking away), Jakominiplatz (central transport point, 6 min walking), supermarket around the corner, car parking in front of the house with parking fees.

Wir sind:
Cosima, 29, Kulturanthropologin, stolze Pflanzenmama, Schulassistentin, Kassa- und Bardame im Theater im Bahnhof, sorgt für mittelmäßige Cello-Belästigung und queerlige Vibes.
Rutger, 29, Philosoph (PhD Student), interessiert sich für Klimawandel und Tierrechte, Tischtennisprofi - zieht Ende Februar 2023 wieder nach Belgien.
Elisabeth, 41, verlässt Ende Jänner 2023 nach über 5 Jahren schweren Herzens die WG und ihr wunderschönes Zimmer (siehe hier -> https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9016091.html?ma=1).

Wir haben's gerne ordentlich und sauber (!) und Cosima wünscht sich eine Person, die längerfristig hier leben und auch die WG mitgestalten und gemeinsam Verantwortung übernehmen will! Unsere Küche lädt zu spontanen Zusammenkünften ein, die desöfteren in endlose Küchengespräche münden, in denen wir unserer queerfeministischen Grundhaltung fröhnen (und natürlich auch jausnen, kochen...). Wir legen Wert auf ein verschwörungtheoriefreies Miteinander :) und sind geimpft.
Wir freuen uns über neue Gesellschaft und Geselligkeit, geben uns aber auch immer Raum für Ruhe und Rückzug und sind phasenweise viel unterwegs - trotzdem ist die WG ein familiäres zu Hause, das uns verbindet.

We are:
Cosima, 29, Cultural Anthropologist, proud plant-mum, School assistant, Bartender and Ticket seller at Theater im Bahnhof, plays the Cello more or less pleasently ;) and spreads queerly vibes.
Rutger, 29, Philosopher (PhD Student), interested in climate change and animal rights, Table Tennis Profi - will head back to Belgium by the end of February 2023.

We like it clean (!) and tidy and Cosima is looking for a flatmate, that plans to stay for longer time and also wants to invest time in the flat and take responsibility for the community! Our kitchen inspires spontaneous gatherings, that often lead to endless kitchen story talks and discussions, that are inspired by our queerfeminist mindset - and of course we cook, eat, laugh there too :) We are triple jabbed and keep our home free from conspiracy theories (apart from making fun of them^^). We are looking forward to nice company and sharing time together, but we also give each other time for privacy and going our own ways, anyway each of us is very busy from time to time - all in all the shared flat remains a family like home that connects us.

-früherer Einzug wäre möglich, wir haben ein Gästekammerl für Übergangslösungen :) ab 27.2. is das Zimmer auf jeden Fall schon frei!
-im Zimmerpreis inkludiert sind alle Kosten (inkl. (Öko)Strom, Heizung, Internet) bei den momentanen Schwankungen können wir aber leider keinen fixen Preis garantieren... :( die kürzlich massiv erhöhten Kosten sind aber schon im Preis inbegriffen
-wir kaufen gemeinsam Putzmittel, Waschmittel, Klopapier...
-wir sind zwar tierlieb, aber eine Haustierfreie WG !
-Lebensmittel teilen wir bei Bedarf (Hilfe, ich habe keine Butter mehr!!) oder bei gemeinsamen Koch-Aktionen
-in Kühlschrank, Küche und Speisekammerl hat jede*r einen eigenen Platz
-Fahrrad kann im abgesperrten Keller(abteil) stehen und es gibt Fahrradabstellplätze vor dem Haus

-moving in earlier would be possible, we have a little guestroom for temporary solutions :) from 27th of feb on the room is free for sure!
-the rent includes all costs (like energy, heating, internet) just with the rising costs in general we can not guarantee a fixed price... :( but the recently rising costs are included in the price already :)
-we buy cleaning stuff, washing powder/liquid, toilet paper etc. together
-we love animals, but can't allow pets in the flat!
-we buy our own food, but share things if anyone is in need of something, or if we cook together (what we love!)
-in the fridge, kitchen and storage room everyone has his/her own space
-bicycles can be stored in the cellar or in front of the house
