Das 17 m² große Zimmer befindet sich in einer 102 m² Penthouse - Dachgeschosswohnung inklusive einer 30 m² großen Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und man wacht aufgrund der westlichen Ausrichtung mit der Morgensonne auf.
Das Zimmer wurde neu ausgemalt. Auf Wunsch können die Fenster vom Vermieter erneuert werden.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine vollausgestattete Küche (Herd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Küchenutensilien, etc.; kein Geschirrspüler). Bad mit Badewanne, das WC ist getrennt davon.
Das Zimmer kostet 400, alles inkludiert.
The 17 m² room is located in a 102 m² penthouse - top floor flat including a 30 m² roof terrace. The room is very bright and you wake up with the morning sun due to the western orientation.
The room has been newly painted. The windows can be replaced by the landlord on request.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in the flat (cooker, oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, etc.; no dishwasher). Bathroom with bathtub, the WC is separate.
This room costs 400, everything included.
Im Umkreis weniger 100 m befinden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Spar, Hofer, BILLA, Lidl,...). 5-10 Minuten mit dem Rad bis zum Hauptplatz. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Schulzentrum St. Peter, St. Peter Friedhof) sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. TU Inffeldgasse 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Neue Technik/KFU 5-10 Minuten mit dem Rad.
There are grocery shops (Spar, Hofer, BILLA, Lidl,...) within a radius of less than 100 metres. 10 minutes by bike to the main square. Public transport (St. Peter school centre, St. Peter cemetery) is less than 5 minutes' walk away. TU Inffeldgasse 5 minutes on foot, Neue Technik/KFU 5-10 minutes by bike.

Momo und ich suchen eine Mitbewohnerin/einen Mitbewohner ab sofort.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, komme aus Italien und habe Dolmetschen studiert, jetzt arbeite ich als technische Dolmetscherin für den Kundendienst. Ich interessiere mich für den Klimaschutz und esse vegan 🌱. In meiner Freizeit bin ich für verschiedene Sportarten begeistert: Volleyball, Bouldern, Aikido, Rad fahren, Ski fahren usw.
Moritz ist 24 und ist Medizin- und Sprachenstudent. Er redet sogar Kroatisch und Japanisch, wenn er nicht lernt geht er ins Fitnessstudio oder spielt Fußball.
Lukas (36) wohnt nur bis Ende Juni im 30 m² Zimmer. Er hat in der WG zehn Jahre lang gewohnt und hat jetzt eine eigene Wohnung gekauft. Er arbeitet in einem Ingenieurbüro und ist von Outdoor Sports begeistert, und zwar er geht Skitour, bouldern, wandern usw. Ab Juli übernimmt Anna sein Zimmer. Anna arbeitet im Moment im Theater als Kostümbildnerin und ist die Künstlerin der WG. :D Man kann sie sonst auch beim Bouldern oder Wandern finden.
Obwohl wir alle sehr beschäftigt sind, genießen wir noch das gemeinsame WG-Leben mit öfter gemeinsamen WG-Essen oder einfach nur ein gemeinsames Getränk auf der Terrasse abends.

Momo and I are looking for a flatmate starting immediately.
I'm 26 years old, I'm from Italy and I studied interpreting, now I work as a technical interpreter for customer service. I am interested in climate protection and eat vegan 🌱. In my free time, I'm passionate about various sports: volleyball, bouldering, aikido, cycling, skiing, etc.
Moritz is 25 and is studying medicine and languages. He even speaks Croatian and Japanese, and when he's not studying he goes to the gym or plays football.
Lukas (36) is only living in the 30 m² room until the end of June. He has lived in the shared flat for 10 years and has now bought his own flat. He works in an engineering office and is passionate about outdoor sports, such as ski touring, bouldering and hiking. Anna will be taking over his room from July. Anna is currently working in the theatre as a costume designer and is the artist of the flat share. :D You can also find her bouldering or hiking.
Although we are all very busy, we still enjoy living together in a shared flat, often having dinner together or just sharing a drink on the terrace in the evening.

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar. Teile der Möbelierung können gerne übernommen werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz zu mieten (ca. 50€ pro Monat extra).
Da ein Bewohner der WG eine Hundehaarallergie hat, sind Hunde in der WG leider nicht möglich.
Bad, Gang, WC und Küche wurden vor kurzem neu ausgemalt. Laut unseren Vermietern sollen diesen Sommer die Fenster auf der Westseite der Wohnung getauscht werden (also auch in diesem Zimmer)
The room is available immediately. Parts of the furniture can be taken over. It is possible to rent an underground car park (approx. €50 per month extra).
As one of the residents is allergic to dog hair, dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the flat share.
The bathroom, corridor, WC and kitchen have recently been repainted. According to our landlords, the windows on the west side of the flat are to be replaced this summer (including in this room)
