The apartment is located in Lend, with three different Spar locations within walking distance—the nearest one is just 3 minutes away. The bus stop is also conveniently located within a 3-minute walk. Additionally, Lendplatz, which has more bus stops, is approximately 6 minutes away on foot.

Das Zimmer wäre ab Mitte Jänner (Einzug kann aber noch besprochen werden) bis Ende Juni 2024 frei.
Die Miete beträgt ca 390€ warm.
