ich hätte da ein schönes, günstiges Zimmer für euch, in der Mariengasse 3 (Lend), ab sofort zu beziehen.
Es hat 15 m², ist sehr ruhig weil innenhofseitig, unmöbliert, wenn du willst aber mit Schreibtisch, Chefsessel, Kommode und Baum.
Es ist eine 2er WG, du hättest also einen sehr netten Mitbewohner (Kulturanthropologiestudent :-).
Die Wohnung hat 63 m², Balkon, schöne Küche, Bad/Klo getrennt, Kellerabteil, Waschmaschine. Miete insgesamt (mit Heizung, Strom, Internet, Haush.vers.) 310 Euro (abzüglich WBH dann um die 280, also bitte nicht mehr als 900 Euro verdienen!), Kaution beträgt 825 Euro, Mietverhältnis Untermieter (keine Vergebührung des Mietvertrags!).
