Wir suchen für dieses freie Zimmer in unserer netten WG in der Annenstraße eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in. Die Wohnung hat ca. 130m², Gemeinschaftsküche, einen kleinen Balkon, Wirtschaftsraum, Bad mit Badewanne und separatem WC. Die Altbau-Wohnung wurde vor 8 Jahren renoviert, entsprechend gut ist ihr Zustand. Die Wohnung ist in der Annenstraße im 3. OG (kein Lift) neben der Haltestelle Esperantoplatz, somit nah am Hbf, Öffis, Parks, Radweg und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca 28m² und ist genau nach Süden ausgerichtet – also sehr hell und schön sonnig. Es hat einen rechteckigen/quadratischen Grundriss (siehe Fotos!), ist separat begehbar und hat einen seperaten Vorraum/Flur. Es ist kein Durchgangszimmer und die zweite Tür im Raum ist verschlossen/gedämmt. Geplant ist das Zimmer unmöbliert zu übergeben. Wir helfen dir aber ganz sicher beim möblieren und ausstatten ;).

We are looking for a new long-term flatmate* for our charming apartment as early as March 1st. The apartment has a fairly large kitchen with a seating area, a small north-facing balcony, a bathroom with separate toilet, a washing/storage room, and a secondary fridge room. Everything in the apartment is fairly new and updated. Our apartment building is located on Annenstraße near main train station (Graz Hbf), so public transport is readily accessible.
The available room is 28 square meters and is facing south and very sunny.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Annenstraße im 3. OG eines sanierten Altbaus.
Direkt vor der Tür ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Esperantoplatz" mit den Straßenbahn-Linien 1, 3, 6, 7.
Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Hbf Graz.
Ebenfalls binnen 5 Minuten sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Billaplus, Spar, türkische Lebensmittel, Leiner, ...), sowie der Volksgarten und der Metahofpark zu erreichen.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Annenstraße -- das freie Zimmer blickt auf die Straße, entsprechend die Geräuschkulisse.

The flat is situated in on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building.
There's a tram station "Esperantoplatz" in front of the house, with the tram lines 1, 3, 6, 7 stopping.
It's a five minute walk
to the main trainand bus station ("Hauptbahnhof/Hbf").
You can reach grocery and lots of other shops within 5 minutes by foot, two parks as well.
The building is located right next to the Annenstraße, the offered room faces to the street.
Derzeit leben wir zu Vier, ein arbeitende Man, eine arbeitende Jung und eine Master-Studentin.
Auf 130m² hat man genug Platz zu viert, aber auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Balkon und Küche werden sehr gerne für gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten genutzt. Nachdem wir den Balkon gerade (um)gestalten möchten, kannst du dich gerne von Anfang an mit deinen Ideen einbringen. Dein Besuch ist uns natürlich auch immer herzlich willkommen.
Haustier? Immer gerne! Vor allem Hunde und Katzen, die das Kuscheln lieben, treffen in dieser WG auf offene Herzen.

Currently, we are three people: 1 working guy from austria, a german girl working and completing her masters thesis and one female masters student from the UK.
The 130sqm are enough space to have a good time together, as well as having space to yourself if desired.
We use the kitchen and balcony frequently. We wanna rearrange the balcony, so you could join improving it! If you have lovely pets they could find a good spot here as well--we welcome pets!
Wenn du Fragen hast oder das Zimmer/Wohnung gern besichtigen möchtest, schreib am einfachsten eine kurze Whatsapp oder hier via WG gesucht.
Wir bieten auch online-Besichtigungen an, würden unsere (potentiellen) zukünftige Mitbewohnerin aber lieber persönlich kennenlernen. Dabei kann man sich in netterer Atmosphäre einen besseren Eindruck verschaffen.
