wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/einer neuen MitbewohnerIn für unsere gemütliche und super helle Wohnung mit Aussicht und Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer hat 14 m2 mit Blick nach Osten und kann möglicherweise möbliert übergeben werden. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, WC getrennt, eine Dachterasse mit Aussicht über Graz und Umland im 11. Stock und eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine im Haus. Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

we are looking for a new flatmate for our comfy and bright flat witha view and a rooftop. The room has 23m2, with its own big balcony and will be rented unfurnished depending. The flat has a big kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath tub, a seperate toilet and a rooftop with a great view of Graz and its surroundings. A washing machine and a basement are available too.
Die Lage ist ruhig, mit toller Aussicht und kostenlosen Parkplätzen sowie Tram und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.
Spar und Hofer sind in umittelbarer Nähe, sowie Post, Apotheke und was man sonst so braucht auch. Wir haben einen Sportpark direkt hinter dem Haus, sowie den Murradweg zum laufen, radeln oder spazierengehen direkt dahinter. Sobald die Bauarbeiten an der Mur abgeschlossen sind, dann auch einen Strand ;)
Mit dem Rad bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Jakominiplatz und in der Altstadt und innerhalb von maximal 20 an der Uni - alles flaches Gelände. Einkaufszentrum Murpark und Autobahnauffahrt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The flat is located in a quiet area, just outside the city with a nice view and free parking, bus stop and tram stop right in front of the house. Supermarkets are within short walking distance, as well as post office, pharmacy and everything else you need. There is a sports and skate park right behind the house and the "Mur cycle path" starts right behind it to go for a run, cycle or a walk. As soon as constructions of the mur hydropower project is finished,
we will also have a beach behind the house :)
With the bike you are at Jakomini square in ten minutes, the old town in 15 and the uni quarter in 20 minutes - all flat terrain!
