We are Sarah (22) from Graz and Marina (25) from Barcelona and we‘re looking for someone who will be staying in our beautiful apartment from 1st of July to 31st of January 2024. However, the time frame is adaptable, so just let us know and we can find a solution!
The sun in your room comes from the East and lightens up the cúpula (see the second pic attached). The room is furnished, therefore everything will already be provided for you:
- 1,60 m bed + 2 bedside tables
- Working desk + office chair
- Big closet + rack
- Vintage chair for chilling
Furthermore, the apartment has the following spaces:
- Artsy living room
- Fully equiped kitchen + pantry
- Bathroom + separate toilet
- Hallway
- Balcony
- Marina‘s room
- Outdoor bicycle parking
The apartment is located in the Herz-Jesu-District, more specifically next to Schillerplatz which is a small nice park. Therefore, the city center and the party area are easily reachable. The Karl-Franzens-Universität (KF) and the Technische Universität (TU) Graz are 20‘ by foot or 10‘ by bike away. Grocery stores like Billa, Spar, Lidl, Hofer are also nearby.
Public transport is also just around the corner. There is the city tram and a bus which brings you directly to the city center and beyond.
If you like good coffe or ice cream, you just have to go downstairs where you would find Martin Auer and Philipp Café.
If you like having good conversations accompanied with a tea (or beer :D) and lots of laughter, then the flatshare with Marina will suit you perfectly. She is a graduated Psychologist, eager to start her Master‘s in that field in autumn. She enjoys to paint, the nature and she will definetly cook Spanish tortillas for you. You can have a tandem with her in 🇪🇸, 🇬🇧 and 🇦🇹.
We love to gather and invite friends over to our cozy home. We do many kinds of activities together and are open-minded to meet new people. We recently build a nice relationship with our neighbors next door and therefore also enjoy spending time with them.
The apartment is structured in a way that lets us respect our personal space and privacy. For that, communication plays a valuable role in this apartment :)
