Eine charmante Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und einem im Innenhof liegendem Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten, bietet somit viel Raum für Möbel und lässt der Kreativität freien Raum beim Einrichten (:
Ein grosses Fenster wodurch morgens die ersten Sonnenstrahlen scheinen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite,18m^2 groß. Ansonsten besteht die Wohnung aus 3 weiteren Zimmern, einer Toilette, geräumigem Bad mit Badewanne, einer Küche, von der man in die Speisekammer als auch auf den Balkon kommt. Der Balkon schaut in Richtung Innenhof, also man hat seine Ruhe und ein Blick ins Grüne.
Das Zimmer wird warscheinlich teilmöbeliert sein, über eine Übernhame von den Möbeln kann aber ganz offen gequatscht werden. Es befindet sich zwischen 2 Zimmern (man hört eigentlich fast nichts durch die Wand) und ist vom Flur aus betretbar (-> ist also KEIN Durchgangszimmer).
Haben außerdem nen kleinen Garten im Innenhof und einen mit Sonne (dort wird oft gegrillt und gechillt und Kaffe getrunken). Zudem gibts ein Kellerabteil und nen Fahrradkeller.
The room is located on the south side. 18m^2. Otherwise, the apartment consists of 3 rooms, a toilet, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen from which you can access the storage as well as the balcony. The balcony looks towards the courtyard, its quiet and everything is green.
The room will probably be half equipped but thats an open topic to talk about(:
. It is located between 2 rooms and can be accessed from the hallway.
We also have a small garden in the courtyard with sun till afternoon. In addition, there is a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bäckerei Auer. Hofer, Billa, Lidl und Spar sind alle innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad) erreichbar. Zu Fuß geht man ca 7 Minuten zum Billa. S-Bahn und Bus (Haltestellen Krenngasse bzw. Schillerplatz) geht man keine 30 Sekunden.
Thema Unis: Alte und neue Technik (TU) sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, zur KF sinds 4. Kurz gesagt, man befindet sich ziemlich zentral. Alles ist schnell erreichbar mit nem Fahrrad, Bim fährt vor der Haustür, ins Zentrum braucht man 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
There is a bakery on the other side of the street. Hofer, Billa, Lidl and Spar are all reachable within 2-5 minutes (by bike). On foot you walk about 7 minutes to Billa. S-Bahn and bus (stops Krenngasse and Schillerplatz) are less than 30 seconds away.
Topic Unis: Old and new technology (TU) can be reached within 3 minutes by bike, to the KF seit 4. In short, it is quite centrally located. Everything is quickly accessible by bike, Bim drives in front of the front door, to the center you need 5 minutes by bike.
Zu deinen zukünftigen lieben Mitbewohnern
Jul kommt aus Südtirol und macht gerade seinen Master in Maschinenbau Ingenieurwesen, Allessia macht ihren PHd in Verfahrenstechnik und kommt aus Süditalien. Beide sprechen Fliessend deutsch, englisch und auch italienisch (man kann also seine Sprachkenntnisse erweitern) und gehen gerne bouldern und volleyball spielen und zeit draussen verbringen. Ebenso kochen sie gerne und sehr lecker (;
Max und Souad sind gerade frisch in die Wg eingezogen. Max studiert Informatik und Souad kommt aus Marroco und spricht Englisch und bisschen deutsch. Sie studiert Automation an der FH.
Der Altersdurchschnitt liegt so zwischen 22 und 28 und alles ist gern herzlich wilkommen (:
Alle zusammen ist es ein sehr schöner bunter Mix in der Wg.
Gemeinsam gekocht wird bei gelegenheit und am liebsten am Sonntag, da gibts die Beste Pizza direkt aus dem Ofen mit Pizzastein (;
Sonntag ist "Putztag" und da teilen wir die Aufgaben spontan auf.
Ich ziehe nur aus da ich mit einer Anderen Freundin was gemeinsam gefunden habe, habe mich aber immer sehr wohl und zuhause in der Wg gefühlt.
Jul is from southtirol and finishing his Masters right now, Alessia from South of Italy and doing her Phd. They speak english, german and Italian, like to go bouldering, playing volleyball and spending time outside, also they love to cook and they do it very well (;
Max and Saoud just moved into the apartment, Max studies computer Science and Saoud studies Automation and is from Marroco, speaks english and a bit of german.
The Age Span of the Wg is from 22 to 28 and every one is welcome(:
We eat together whenever someone is home and wants to cook together, best is Sundays with pizza straight from the oven with a pizza stone (;
Sunday is "cleaning day" and everyone just tags along.
Im only moving out cause im moving togehter with another friend, but i always felt at home and very comfortable in the Wg.
