The room is quite large and has a square layout. It is a renovated old building room, so everything is in good shape and also the beautiful wooden floorboards and doors have been retained. It's also very bright with high ceilings and two windows, which lets in a lot of light :)
Roller blinds are available, as is all my furniture, which can be taken over while I'm abroad. This will be a table, armchair, bed (160x200cm), closet, sofa and chest of drawers. I will clear out all my stuff so that you have room for yours! :)
You can actually reach everything you need on foot :) There is a Spar opposite the shared flat, and the train and bus station "Maiffredygasse" is right next to it.
The Kunstuni is about a minute's walk away. Karl-Franzens is also only a 10-minute walk away.
Pharmacy, weekend market, Humana and more can be found on Kaiser-Joseph-Platz (approx. 5 minutes on foot) and Jakominiplatz is just a minute away :)
The other two flatmates, Anna and Lisa, are both 24 years old and study psychology and sociology. Both are open and lovely and it's really relaxing to live with them :)
Once a week we have a "shared flat evening" where we cook together, play games or just watch Netflix. But we also like to chat with each other and go out at the weekend. Even though we like to do things together and get on well, it's of course perfectly fine to withdraw!
If you would like to move in, but the move-in or move-out date doesn't quite suit you, we can work something out! Just write to me anyway :)
