Ein herzliches Hi :)
Die WG ist vollmöbliert (Doppelbett, Kästen, Schreibtisch, Sesseln, Waschmaschine, Couch, Essbereich etc.), mit 387€ inklusive W-Lan sehr günstig, ein schöner Balkon ist direkt in den ruhigen, grünen Innenhof ausgerichtet.
Mein Mitbewohner wird von Jänner bis ca. Mitte Juli im Ausland sein, somit kannst du die Möbel unkompliziert übernehmen!
Unsere WG ist in der Gartengasse sehr zentral gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kunstuniversität sowie alten Technischen Universität und wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtpark sowie der KF-Universität.
Supermärkte, Cafes, Restaurants und Lokale sind in der Nähe auch, die öffentliche Verkehranbindung ist exzellent. Trotz dieser Annehmlichkeiten ist die Gartengasse eine Einbahnstrasse und deutlich ruhiger gelegen.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr chillig und gemütlich, ich komme aus Spanien, studiere Maschinenbau an der TU und Freunde würden mich als "easygoing" beschreiben.
Ich kann Deutsch allerdings würde ich es sehr schätzen wenn wir auf Englisch sprechen könnten!
