Unsre Wohnung hat gesamt 3 Zimmer, Küche, Klo, Bad, 2 Abstellräume und ein großes Vorzimmer.
Das freie Zimmer liegt straßenseitig, da es aber eine ruhige Gegend ist stört das nicht. Ab Mittags hat das Zimmer sehr viel Sonne.
WLAN in der WHG ist von UPC und funktioniert gut.
Frei wäre es ab spätestens 1. September!
Öffiverbindung ist super! 1min zur 3er Bim (8min in die Stadt), 63er Bus Richtung Uni und HBF nur 2min entfernt. KF zu Fuß oder mit Rad in max 15min erreichbar, TU 10min entfernt.
Billa, Spar, Hofer, Lidl, DM, Bipa, Post, Videothek, Raiffeisenbank oder Bank Austria max 5-10min zu Fuß entfernt.
Mitbewohner sind eine BWL-Studentin mit Bac und eine Biologie/Deutsch Lehramts-Studentin. Es gibt einen Putzplan, jeder hat eine Lagerfläche für Lebensmittel, genug Platz im Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach. Putzmittel und Waschmittel werden gemeinsam verwendet, den Rest kauft jeder für sich selbst.
Am besten wärs einfach mal per Mail voranmelden oder Interesse mitteilen und dann machen wir einen Termin für eine Besichtigung aus.
