Da sich mein Studium dem Ende zuneigt, suche ich ab Mitte Juli einen Nachmiter für mein hells Zimmer in einer Fünfer-WG. Wir haben zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken und zwei davon getrennt begehbare WCs. Die Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen und gemütlichen Zusammensitzen ein. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inkludiert.
I´m leaving Graz in july, so i have to rent my room. We have two bathrooms, two toiletts and one big kitchen in our flat for five people.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die alte TU ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. KF-Uni und LKH sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr schnell zu erreichen, außerdem der Bauernmarkt auf dem Kaiser Josef Platz.
The flat is central. Technical University is 5 minutes by foot, the Karl Franzens University and the Medical University 10 minutes by bike. The puplic transport is acessable in a few minutes.
Wir essen gerne gemeinsam, sitzen gemütlich zusammen oder unternehmen etwas gemeinsam.
We like to eat together, sitting together and doing things together.
