Wir suchen ab sofort einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für mein wunderschoenes, fast 29qm grossesZimmer im Altbau gleich nebst dem Studentendlokal "Eckhaus" ( Rechbauerstrasse )Das Haus hat sehr hohe Waende, hohe Fenster mit praktischen, (gerade erst montierten), robusten Jalousien und die Zimmer haben seitlich charmante doppelflügelige Altbau-Türen. ;).
Wir haben eine Wachmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Elektoherd und wenn erwrünscht auch gern WLAN-Internet mit Routerum 7.- monatlich. Deine Mitbewohner studieren Architektur ( Idri ) und Spanisch/Jazz-Gesang ( Florentina ). Die Miete versteht sich inklusive Betriebskosten. – Strom und Heizung zusammen kosten um die 60 Euro. Klingt das gut?Dann schnall eine SMS schreiben und am 22., 23., oder 25. Oktober jeweils ab etwa 18:30 bei uns vorbeikommen!…
