Wir, ein Berufstätige Ingenieur und ein TU Graz Student, suchen eine/einen neuen MitbewohnerIn in unserer 3er-WG ab sofort.
Die WG hat 3 Zimmer, eine Terrasse, eine Küche mit Esszimmer, separates WC und ein Badezimmer, Kellerabteil und Innenhof mit einem schönen Garten. Sie befindet sich in der Koßgasse im dritten Stock (mit Lift). Das freie Zimmer hat 13m², ist optimal eingeteilt und dank Hoflage sehr ruhig und hell.
Die Miete beträgt 313€ alles ink. (Heizung, Strom und Internet).
Lidl und Bus sind gleich gegenüber. Spar, Billa, Hofer, McDonalds, DM, Bipa, Bus, Bim sind alle in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. TU Graz ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß und KF ist 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Wir sind keine Zweck Wg, unternehmen gerne etwas miteinander (Kochen, plaudern, Sport,..)
Für die Waschmaschine, den Staubsauger und die Gegenstände, die alle hier bleiben hätte unsere mitbewohnerin gerne eine verhandelbare Ablöse.
