The bedroom is facing the street and oriented to the east (morning sun), there is one big window and several easy-care plants. The height is around 3,50 m and the room has a wooden parquet flooring. The room is partly equipped, following objects could be taken over against a fee:

APARTMENT
The apartment has 115m² in total. It includes a large terrazzo hallway, a bathroom with a shower and the toilet separately. There is also a laundry machine. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, fridge with a big freezer compartment. Furthermore there is a kitchen pantry with shelves and a calm balcony overlooking a large courtyard.
BUILDING
The garbage compartment is in the inner courtyard and there is also plenty of space available for storing bikes.

Kaiser-Josef-Platz, Jakominiplatz, Herrengasse, Hauptplatz sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermärkte, Apotheken, Post, etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung, am Kaiser-Josef-Platz ist jeden Wochentag Marktbetrieb bis 13 Uhr. Viele Bars und Cafes in der Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung: Die Straßenbahnlinie 3 ist vor der Tür, weitere Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind am Kaiser-Josef-Platz/Oper in 1 Gehminute erreichbar.
SURROUDINGS
The location of the apartment is in the city center, right across the street is the Technical University (old campus/Rechbauerstraße), the new campus is just 3 minutes walking distance away. The Karl-Franzens-University is easily accessible by bike (5-10 minutes) – the location is ideal for (exchange)students or trainees. All necessary facilities (supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, daily farmer's market, etc.) are really close by. There are also a bunch of bars and cafes nearby. Public transportation: Tram line 3 is across the street, other bus and tram lines can be found on Kaiser-Josef-Platz (1 minute away).
