Leider verlasse ich meine wunderbare WG, sodass bei uns ein Zimmer zum 1. Juli frei wird (flexibel).
Das Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung hat ca. 15m2, sehr hohe Decken und ein großes Fenster. Da sich das Fenster richtung Innenhof richtet hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in einen der schönsten Innenhöfe und man kann sich täglich von der Morgensonnen wecken lassen. Obwohl wir meist ein sehr aktives WG Leben führen, ist der Raum jederzeit ein ruhiger Rückzugsort.

I'm leaving my room in this beautiful and warm-hearted shared flat, vacant from first of July on (flexible date).
It's a 15m2 room with high ceilings and big windows which makes it bright and light-flooded in the morning for your future yoga sesh! Even though the community in this flat is lively and active, the room is a quiet retreat at all time. The room is 330€ (all inclusive: rent, heating, electricity, heating, wifi, warm water, household insurance).
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Meter von der alten TU entfernt, direkt über einem kleinen Kino. Bars, Supermärkte und der Kaiser-Josef-Platz sind gleich um die Ecke und auch der Stadtpark ist nur 200 Meter entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum und der Jakominiplatz sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Universitäten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Lage könnte also nicht besser sein.

The apartment is located right next to the technical university, right over a small and nice independent cinema and in front a urban community garden. There are bars, supermarkets and the Kaiser-Josef-Market right around the corner, as well as the Stadtpark is just 200m from the buildings door. The city center and central city transportation hub are 2 min by feet, as well as the flixbus stop towards Vienna, when it will be restored. You can actually reach the three universities within a couple of minutes.
Basically, the location couldn't be better!
WG-Leben
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen – Sophia, Fabio und Julin – könnten nicht toller sein. Alle sind super lieb, ich habe mich in kürzester Zeit heimisch gefühlt und wir sind schnell Freund:innen geworden. Wir kochen oft zusammen, trinken Wein, chillen in der Küche, spielen Spiele und tun alles mögliche zusammen. In der Küche gibt es immer eine Menge Leckereien, die wir alle miteinander teilen. Am Anfang jeder Woche machen wir meistens einen Kochplan, sodass jeden Abend eine Person kocht und man immer ein leckeres Abendessen hat. Wir kochen vegetarisch und vegan. Außerdem haben wir sehr gerne Freunde da und hoffen sehr, dass das bald wieder problemlos möglich sein wird.
Es wäre also super, wenn du auch große Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches WG Leben hast.

Your future flatmates – Sophia, Fabio, Shannon and Julian – couldn't be better. Everyone is super nice and we quickly became bffs planning joint future adventures. We often cook together, have a glass of wine, chill in the kitchen and do lots of activities. In the kitchen there's always a whole bunch of good food, which we all share. When the week is not busy, we usually make a cooking plan so that one person cooks for each evening and you always have a delicious dinner. We cook vegetarian and vegan. Also we love to invite friends over. I only stayed in Graz to be part of this lovely little family! It would be good if this corresponds to your idea of living in a shared flat:)
Für eine gerade neu angeschaffte Waschmaschine würde ich gern 40 Euro haben.

For a recently purchased washing machine I would like to have 40 euros, plus other expenses for the furniture in the room - which I'm leaving all here.
It is really the best WG - cuddles, good food, nice convos, a sunny balcony with tomatoes, chillies, salbei, Rosmarin, flowers.... We are waiting for you!
