Dein neues Zimmer hat ca 14m2 und hat einen, der zwei Zugänge zum wunderschönen, sonnendurchfluteten Balkon. Typisch Altbau sind die Decken super hoch und es ist ein Parkettboden drin. Als zusätzliches Plus gibt es einen eigenen kleinen "Dachboden" um alles zu verstauen. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, man hört auch bei geöffneter Terassentür die Straße zu gut wie gar nicht.
Ich würde das Zimmer gerne teilmöbliert übergeben. Das Hochbett würde fix drin bleiben (ohne Matratze) und optional könnte dazu der Kleiderschrank übernommen werden. Ablöse für beides nach Absprache.
Unsere Wohnung besteht außerdem aus drei weiteren Zimmern, einem großen Vorraum, einem Badezimmer mit WC und einem separaten WC, einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, sowie einem großen gemeinsam genutzten Balkon.
In unserem Haus gehts generell sehr gemütlich zu. Es leben viele junge Menschen in WGs und junge Familien hier sowie auch unsere netten Vermieter direkt neben uns.

Your room has roughly 14m2 and one of the two entrances to the beautiful and sunny balcony. Typical for an old building you'll have very high ceilings as well as a beautiful wooden floor. Not only this, but you'll also get your very own little "attic". The room is very quiet, you cannot hear the street a lot even with the door to the balcony being open.
I'd like to leave some furtinure in the room; the bunk bed (without mattress) and the wardrobe would stay in the room. A price can be discussed.
Our apartement has a bathroom, another separate toilet (which comes in really handy for 4 people), a kitchen, a big hallway as well as the other three rooms and a big balcony.
Unsere Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Merangasse/Ecke Leonhardstraße - zu Fuß erreichst du inein paar Minuten den Herz-Jesu-Bauernmarkt, alle wichtigen Geschäfte, Apotheke, den Stadtpark, Cafes, etc. In die Innenstadt sinds mit dem Rad nur 7 Minuten. Bim und Bus (1, 7, 63, 64) fahren aber auch fast vor der Haustüre weg :)
The apartement is rather central at Merangasse(on the corner to Leonhardstraße). On foot it will only take a few minutes to a pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets, cafés and the central park. Riding your bike you will be in the center of the city in under 10mins. Plus there are a few public transportantions right outside the doorf.
Wir sind Rodolfo, Conny und David. Uns ist Miteinander wichtig, wir reden und kochen gerne zusammen oder füreinander, trinken Tee oder Bier gemeinsam. Abgesehen davon ist uns aber auch unser persönlicher Rückzugsraum wichtig. Diese Wohnung sehen wir als den Ort, wo wir uns wohl und zu Hause fühlen.
Wir wünschen uns einen Menschen in unserer WG, der*die einfach gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammenwohnt und der*die auch die Verantwortung, die das Zusammenleben mit sich bringt, übernimmt.
Wir haben gute Erfahrungen mit einem ausgeglichenen Geschlechterverhältnis gemacht und suchen daher vorzugsweise nach Frauen, lassen uns aber auch gerne von einem potentiellen Mitbewohner überzeugen.

We are Rodolfo, Conny and David. For us it is very important to have a relaxed flat and spend aome time together. We like to cook together, drink one (or a few) beers or play some boardgames. Nevertheless it is also crucial to have your own space and refugee, nobody will be offended if you tell them you need some time alone!
We are looking for someone who simply likes to live together with others, enjoy it but also has the responsibility to deal with this situation.
The best experience we did make with mixed genders, as the atmosphere is very relaxed this way. Therefore we are preferring women, but we are open to be conficed by a male flatmate as well!
