Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende!
Denn ich werde mein Studium im Ausland fortfahren, wird ein Zimmer in wunderbarer WG mit Anfang Juli frei (SO WIE ZWEI ANDERE ZIMER IN UNSEREM WG - beste Möglichkeit fürs Zusammenziehen mit Freunden)! Das hellige und große Zimmer (22m2) befindet sich im 6. Stock (Aufzug verfügbar!) und ist nach Südosten ausgerichtet, was bedeutet, dass es immer genug Licht gibt! Die Miete beträgt 278.20€ und die Nebenkosten ungefähr 30€. Beim Umzug müsstest du auch eine Kaution von 500€ zahlen. Um den Umzug für beide Seiten einfacher zu machen, würde ich gerne das Zimmer möbiliert übergeben.
Neben meinem Zimmer gibt es noch drei weitere, ein WC, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und ein Kellerabteil.

Hey my dear flat searching friends!
Beacuse I would like to continue my studies abroad, there will be a beautiful room free at the start of July (ALSO TWO OTHER ROOMS IN OUR FLAT ARE GOING TO BE AVAILABLE - great opportunity for riends to move in together)! It is full of light (south-east direction) and also pretty spacious (22m2). Although it is in 6th floor you can always use the elevetor instead of stairs. The rent is 278.20€ with additional costs of around 30€. By the move, you will also have to pay caution money of 500€. To make it easier for both sides, I would like to transfer the room together with furniture.
Beside the room there are also three other rooms with other tenants, a toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen and a basement.
Die WG befindet sich in ruhiger Gegend von Herz-Jesu-Viertel, nur ein Schritt von KFU und TU entfernt (je 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Gleich um die Ecke gibt es auch Billa und die Apotheke (2 Minuten). Man ist auch in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahhrad im Zentrum, beim Hilmteich oder im Auggarten.
The flat is in a peaceful district of Herz-Jesu, just a step away from both universities (KFU and TU are each 10 minutes walking away). Just around the corner (2min) there are also Billa and the pharmacy. With the bike you also need only around 5 minutes to get to the city centre, to Hilmteich or to Auggarten.
Da es sich um eine 4-er WG handelt, würdest du die Wohnung mit drei anderen Studierenden teilen. Zurzeit wohnen in WG noch Florian (22), Maschinenbau-Student, Hannah (21), Medizin-Studentin und Bakhodirjon (26), Pharmaceutical Engineering im Master. Obwohl wir gerne miteinander ab un zu Mal quatschen, lassen wir uns auch Ruhe, um zu lernen. Da wir aber von überall kommen, wäre es wichtig, dass du dich mit Englisch wohlfühlst.
Since there are four rooms altogether in the flat, you will be sharing the flat with other tenants. Right now there are living Florian (22) engineering student, Hannah (21) medicine student, and Bakhodirjon (26) pharmaceutical engineering student. Even though we like to chat with each other, we also give each other enough space to study in our own pace. Because we come from everywhere, it would be really important if you would feel comfortable speaking in English.
