da ich leider meine tolle Mädels-WG in der Merangasse 25 verlasse, suche ich ab 1. Juni eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer.🏠
Die Wohnung (Hochparterre) besteht aus 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, ist 94m2 groß und besteht zusätzlich noch aus einer
Küche, Bad und WC. Ein gratis Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.😋
Die Wohnung befindet sich wirklich in einer top Lage und direkt im Uni- Viertel, denn man erreicht zu Fuß in ca. 5 Min. die KF-Uni, ca. 7 Min. die Kunst-Uni und in ca. 15 Min die Med-Uni. Die Straßenbahn Linien 1 und 7 sind innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen. 🥳
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Lokale und Bars.
Ich zahle aktuell 336€ Miete.
Auf Wunsch können die Möbel (Bett,
Schreibtisch, Schrank) abgelöst werden.
Übrigens wird noch ein Zimmer in der Wg frei, denn meine Mitbewohnerin zieht auch aus. Bei Interesse oder näheren Informationen schreib mir einfach eine Privatnachricht.☺️
