Das Zimmer liegt im Parterre zum Garten hin und ist deshalb super ruhig. Die 11 qm sind perfekt ausgenutzt mit Schreibtisch, Couch, Kommode und Regal. Durch das riesige Hochbett hat das Zimmer im Endeffekt aber eher 16 qm Nutzfläche, und einen super gemütlichen Schlafbereich obendrein. Außerdem ist das eigene Waschbecken ein extra Luxus, den ich sehr zu schätzen gelernt habe. Die Pflanzen können drinnen bleiben falls du es gerne grüner magst:)
Zur Wohnung gehören die große, voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad und Wintergarten sowie der Garten zur Mitbenutzung (machen meistens nur wir).
The room is located on the ground floor towards the garden and is therefore super quiet. The 11 sqm are perfectly used with desk, couch, drawer and shelf. Due to the huge loft bed, the room has rather 16 square meters of usable space, and a super cozy sleeping area on top. In addition, the own sink is an extra luxury, which I have learned to appreciate very much. The plants can stay inside if you like it greener :)
The apartment includes the large, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and conservatory as well as the garden for shared use (usually only we do).
St.Leonhard ist ein super zentrales Studierendenviertel, ob zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder der Bim, eigentlich braucht man nirgends lange hin. Die Bim-Haltestelle Lichtenfelsgasse/Kunstuniversität ist 1 Minute entfernt. Alte TU/ Hauptuni/ Meduni&LKH sind alle mit dem Rad, der Bim oder zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig, der Stadtpark liegt hier auf halbem Weg. Schöne Cafès und Bars gibt es reichlich, mehrere Supermärkte sind auch in direkter Nähe.
St.Leonhard is a super central student district, whether on foot, by bike or the Bim, you don't need anywhere long. The Bim stop Lichtenfelsgasse/Kunstuniversität is 1 minute away. Old TU/ Hauptuni/ Meduni&LKH can all be reached by bike, the Bim or on foot in a few minutes. The city center is also within 15 minutes walking distance, the city park is halfway here. There are plenty of nice cafés and bars nearby, several Supermarkets are close to the flat as well!
In der Wohnung wohnen mit dir Lena, Isabel und Reuben, die alle super nett sind. Wenn du Lust hast sind immer Kaffee-Ausflüge, Kochen & Essen, Sport oder anderes am Start, und wir freuen uns auf jemanden der Lust hat das WG-Leben mit zu gestalten und auf ein nettes Miteinander. Zeit für Dich ist natürlich auch immer fein, und wir sind alle auch viel unterwegs.
Es wäre auch toll wenn du Sauberkeit und Ordnung zu schätzen.
There are 3,really nice other people living in the flat, Lena, Isabel &Reuben. You'll often find someone up for a coffee trip, cooking/eating and more and we highly value a nice and friendly environment, but time for yourself obviously is fine too, and all of us are quiet busy as well. It also would be great if you value cleanliness and order.
Genaueres bezüglich Möbeln/Zeiten etc. Können wir gerne alles besprechen, schreib mir einfach!
