Hallo liebe Zimmer-Suchende,
ich biete für den Sommer (11.07.-16.08.24) mein WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (vollmöbliert und in der WG ist alles vorhanden) an. Der Zeitraum der Miete ist auch kürzer möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen, ruhigen Gegend, nahe zur MedUni und zur KFU. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller und ein großer Gemeinschaftsgarten, der gerne genutzt werden darf. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen für die Zeit wären Noemi und Pia, beide Medizinstudentinnen, die ggf. selbst einige Zeit Ferien machen.

I am offering my room in a shared flat for the summer 11.07.-16.08.2024 (fully furnished and everything is available in the flat). A shorter rental period is also possible.
The apartment is located in a great, quiet area, close to MedUni and KFU. The apartment has a cellar and a large communal garden, which you are welcome to use. Your flatmates for the time being would be Noemi and Pia, both medical students, who may be on vacation themselves.
