Das helle Zimmer mit Parkett ist 15,9 m² groß. Durch die Ausrichtung nach Norden, wird es auch im Sommer nicht zu warm.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 Zimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, einem Klo und einem Balkon zum Innenhof gerichtet. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgesperrt werden.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt inkl. Strom, Internet, etc. 380 €.
Die Kaution beträgt 937,50 €.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral:
3 min zu Fuß zur Alten und Neuen Technik
10 min mit dem Fahrrad zur Inffeldgasse und KF Uni
Supermärkte, Bauernmarkt, Cafés, Bars in direkter Umgebung.
Du würdest in eine WG einziehen in der abends gemeinsam gekocht wird, tagsüber getratscht oder auch gemeinsam etwas unternommen wird. Es ist also absolut keine Zweck-WG.
