Hi zukünftige*r Untermieter*in,
da ich mein Auslandssemester verlängere, ist mein geliebtes Wg-Zimmer für einen Monate frei. Du könntest also für diese Zeit auf gemütlichen 22 m² im schönen St. Leonhard wohnen. Ich gebe mein Zimmer mit allen Möbeln ab, es gibt mehr als genug Stauraum und Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen. Durch die 3 Fenster Richtung Westen ist es immer schön hell, es gibt aber Jalousien, wenn es doch mal dunkel sein soll. Neben den Möbeln sind noch meine Pflanzen da, du darfst sie aber auch in das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer verbannen, falls du sie nicht magst.
Zur Wohnung gehören auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine große Einbaugarderobe und 2 getrennte Badezimmer mit Toilette und Duschwanne.

Hi future subtenant,
since I am extending my semester abroad, my beloved room will be free for one month. You could live in a cosy 22 m² room in beautiful St. Leonhard for this time. I am handing over my room with all the furniture, there is more than enough storage space and room to feel comfortable. Due to the 3 windows facing west, it is always nice and bright, but there are blinds if you want it to be dark. Besides the furniture, my plants are also still there, but you may banish them to the shared living room if you don't like them.
The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen, a large built-in wardrobe and 2 separate bathrooms with toilet and shower.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen, idyllischen Teil von St.Leonhard, in der Nähe der Herz-Jesu-Kirche. In der Straße gibt es kaum Verkehr dafür aber schöne kleine Vorgärten und zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Innenhof mit Grünfläche und Fahrradstellplätzen, die man sich mit den umliegenden Häusern teilt.
Die Bim-Station Krenngasse ist in 4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, von hier aus ist man in 7 min am Jakominiplatz, einem der wichtigsten Umstiegspunkte in Graz. Einkaufen kann man bei Lidl (5 min zu Fuß) oder Billa (8 min zu Fuß) und innerhalb von 10 min ist man zu Fuß an mehreren Standorten der TU oder mir dem Bus an der KFU.

The house is located in a quiet, idyllic part of St. Leonhard, near the Herz-Jesu-Church. There is hardly any traffic in the street but nice little front gardens and the flat has a large courtyard with a garden and bicycle parking, which is shared with the surrounding houses.
The Krenngasse tram station is a 4-minute walk away, from here it takes 7 minutes to Jakominiplatz, one of the most important transfer points in Graz. You can shop at Lidl (5 min. walk) or Billa (8 min. walk) and within 10 min. you can walk to several TU locations or take the bus to KFU.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Luna. Sie ist temporär zurück in Graz, nachdem sie letzte Jahr ihr Auslandsemester hier verbracht hat. Luna kommt gebürtig aus Spanien, sie spricht fließend Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
Mit Luna wird es nie langweilig, sie ist sehr gesellig und freut sich immer, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Aber keine Sorge, wenn du Ruhe möchtest und dich lieber auch einfach mal in deinem Zimmer zurückziehen möchtest, ist das auch gar kein Problem.

Your roommate would be Luna. She is temporarily back in Graz after spending her semester abroad here last year. Luna is a native of Spain, she speaks fluent Spanish, English and German.
There is never a dull moment with Luna, she is very sociable and always happy to meet new people. But don't worry, if you want some peace and quiet and would rather just retire to your room, that's no problem at all.
