Bad mit Dusche und WC, Küche mit großem Essplatz (mit Geschirrspüler), Durchgang zwischen den Zimmern wird optimal als Wohnraum genutzt.
Kosten:
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt mit allem inklusive 650€ (dh pro Person 325€/Monat.
Kaution: 1,5 Monatsmieten.
Ablöse: wenn gewünscht,bleibt das Bett und eine Kommode mit Spiegel im Zimmer (Bett gegen geringe Ablöse)
Lage: Im Univiertel in der Beethovenstraße.
5 Minuten zur KF-Uni, Straßenbahnlinien 1 und 7 zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Spar in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Innenstadt zu Fuß ca 10min (per Straßenbahn 3min)
