Du suchst ein neues Zuhause in einer entspannten WG? Dann bist du hier richtig! In unserer 4er-WG bieten wir ein 16m2 großes Zimmer, das voll möbliert ist ab Februar/März frei.
Das Zimmer verfügt über eine charmante Dachschräge und sogar einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, um all deine Sachen unterzubringen.
Die miete beträgt 327,14€ und die Nebenkosten 77,52€ (also Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Wlan).
Die Ablöse wäre 450€. Diese inkludiert die ganzen Möbel im Zimmer also Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Couch, Lampe, Kommode usw. und die gemeinsamen Möbel in der Wohnung. Waschmaschiene und Kellerabteil ist auch vorhanden :)
Sonst gibt es keine Provision und keine Kaution!

Are you looking for a new home in a relaxed shared flat? Then you've come to the right place! In our 4-person shared apartment we offer a 16m2 room, which is fully furnished from February/March.
The room has a charming roof and even a walk-in closet to accommodate all your belongings.
The rent is 327.14€ and the additional costs 77.52€ (i.e. electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi), so total 404€.
The one-off payment would be 450€. This includes all the furniture in the room, i.e. bed, mattress, desk, chair, shelf, couch, lamp, chest of drawers, etc. and the common furniture in the apartment. Washing machine and cellar compartment is also available :)
Otherwise there is no commission and no deposit!

Bevorzugte Innenstadtlage, zum Jakominiplatz braucht man zu Fuß 3-4 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad
1 Minute. Die TU erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten.
Zur KF sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock ohne Lift (aus diesem Grund wird das Zimmer mobiliert übergeben, so dass es für beide Seiten leichter ist). Bad und WC sind getrennt. Wir haben eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche/Wohnzimmer. Dazu haben wir noch eine entspannte Dachterrasse mit Ausblick! Es gibt auch eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Grünflächen im innenhof, wo man auch sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.

Preferred downtown location, it takes 3-4 minutes to walk to Jakominiplatz and by bike 1 minute. The TU can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It is a few minutes by bike to the KF.
The apartment is on the 5th floor. Floor without elevator (for this reason, the room is handed over furnished, so that it is easier for both sides). Bathroom and toilet are separate. We have a cozy, fully equipped kitchen/living room. We also have a relaxed roof terrace with a view! There is also a communal green area in the inner courtyard, where you can also park your bike.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Dzenita, Jessica und Asha. In unserer WG schätzen wir entspanntes und unkompliziertes Zusammen-leben. Wir alle haben unterschiedliche Alltagsroutinen aber wir sind immer offen uns über alles mögliche zu unterhalten, ach ja und wir lachen sehr gerne.:)
