Hey since I am leaving for a semester abroad I would like to rent out my room. Its a 12sqm room in a 55sqm apartment with a nice big shared balcony ~12sqm. The kitchen is also quite big and well equipped with utensils and appliances (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, stove, separate fridge and freezer).
About the furniture in my room, we can discuss if you want to use that or something else.
Also start and end of the lease may be negotiable.
As the apartment is in a newly build apartment complex it is well insulated and is comfortable both in summer and winter.
The location of the apartment is ideal for students with connections to all the major universities in graz just a 2-4 minute walk away and in ~15 minutes you could be at any major university by bus or tram, even faster by bike.
Also the inner city, clubs and parks are easily reachable by foot/bike/public transport
As I am leaving for an Semester abroad its only my flatmate imey who would be in the apartment with you. He is usually often at home and goes to school in the evenings ~18-22:00 to become a graphical designer.
We take turns cooking, whoever is home and has time, and share all groceries.
