Hallo,
wir haben ein wunderschönes, helles, sonniges und großes Zimmer an einen netten Menschen zu vermieten.
Balkon ist leider keiner dran (aber Mitbenutzung der anderen Balkone ist natürlich drin), dafür ist es das größte aller Zimmer.
Unter Teilmöbiliert fällt ein Regal und eine Couch, die wahrscheinlich dableibt.
Ruhig und zentral. Geeignet für KFU'ler (5 min zur Hauptuni, 2 min zum Wall) und Leute die zum LKH müssen. Bim 1 und 7 um die Ecke (Haltestelle Reiterkaserne).
Wir sind ein Deutscher und ein Spanier, arbeiten beide Werktags und sind so ein bißchen Studenten. Wir kennen uns erst seit kurzem, wer immer reinkommt, wird also keine starren Strukturen vorfinden.
Am liebsten hätten wir eine gemischte WG.
Die Miete ist 250 Euro all inclusive. Dazu kommt Gas (zum Kochen) und Internet.
Werktags bitte nicht vor 15 Uhr anrufen.
