Hallo ihr Lieben,
Dein neues wunderschönes Zimmer wird zum 1. November 2023 frei. In der WG sind alle Zimmer ungefähr gleich groß, d.h. auch dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca. 18m^2.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat einen wunderschönen Holzboden und morgens wirst du von der Sonne geweckt.
Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof rausgeht hast du absolut keinen Verkehrslärm und schaust sogar ein bisschen ins Grüne.
Das riesige Hochbett ist außerdem ein Pluspunkt den du nicht missen willst.
Da ich meinen Umzug nicht so aufwändig gestalten will, möchte ich gerne so gut wie alle Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. (Außer Matratze, kleines Schränkchen und evtl die Couch.) Falls du jedoch eigene Möbel hast finden wir auch hier eine Lösung:)

Your new beautiful room will be available on November 1, 2023. In the WG all rooms are about the same size, what means your future room has about 18m^2.
The room is very bright, has a beautiful wooden floor and in the morning you will be woken up by the sun.
Since the room faces the courtyard, you have absolutely no traffic noise and even look a bit into the greenery.
The huge loft bed is also a plus that you don't want to miss.
Since I don't want to make my move so complicated, I would like to leave as good as all the furniture in the apartment. (Except mattress, small cabinet and possibly the couch.)
However, if you have your own furniture we will also find a solution here:)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zinzendorfgasse nahe der Glacis Straße! Gleich gegenüber vom 'Paradies', ein schöner Platz zum Chillen in der Sonne!
Wer Graz kennt weiß, die Lage ist erstklassig!
Der Stadtpark ist gleich vor der Haustür! Bus Nr. 31 und 39 auch.
Der nächste Supermarkt, Bars, Cafés und die KF-/Kunstuni sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt brauchst du zu Fuß nicht länger als 10min.
Was soll man also sagen? Es ist alles da!
The apartment is located in Zinzendorfgasse near Glacis Street! Just opposite the 'Paradise', a nice place to chill in the sun!
If you know Graz, you'll know that this flat could not be in a better location.
The Stadtpark is right outside the front door! Bus No. 31 and 39 also.
On our street there are also plenty of Cafes, Restaurants/bars, and also a SPAR for grocery shopping. Also you only need 10 minutes or less to get the the city center.
You see, everything you could ever want is right here :)
Da ich schweren Herzens die WG und Graz verlasse, bleiben in der WG Ruben (30), Psychologie-Student, Kia (24), Gender Studies- Studentin und Lizzi (23), Teaching Assistant.
Die WG hat sich jetzt in den letzten Monaten relativ neu zusammen gesetzt und wir lernen uns erst alle richtig kennen. Generell sind wir jedoch einer Meinung und zwar, dass es definitiv keine Zweck WG sein soll.
Wir kochen, trinken und chillen gerne gemeinsam, spielen Kartenspiele oder machen Ausflüge.
Die WG ist für jeden Spaß und jeden Deep Talk zu haben und immer offen für Bier, Spritzer oder Kaffee. Zwischen Wandern gehen, auf dem Balkon oder im Park die Sonne genießen, gemeinsam Kochen, Spaziergängen, Federball im Park oder entspannter Film- oder Serienabend ist jeder eigentlich für jede Aktivität offen.
Mit Ruben hast du auf jeden Fall einen neuen Fitti-Buddie, mit Kia und ihren zwei Hunden (Ja es wohnen zwei kleine ganz liebe Hunde mit in der WG) immer jemand zum spazieren gehen und mit Lizzie kannst du prima dein Englisch verbessern:) Zusätzlich haben wir ein rießiges Wohnzimmer (evtl bald sogar mit Tischkicker) und einen wunderschönen großen Balkon.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich also sehr familiär aber dennoch sehr frei, unkompliziert und ungezwungen und natürlich hat trotzdem jeder sein eigenes Leben! :)
Wir suchen also jemanden, der oder die einfach gut zu uns passt und eine offene, tolerante und unkomplizierte Einstellung hat.
Since I am leaving the WG and Graz with a heavy heart, Ruben (30), psychology student, Kia (24), gender studies student, and Lizzi (23), teaching assistant, will remain in the WG.
The WG is relatively new and we are all just getting to know each other. In general, however, we are of the same opinion and that is that it should definitely not be a purpose WG.
The WG is up for any fun and deep talk and always open for beer, spritzer or coffee. Between going hiking, enjoying the sun on the balcony or in the park, cooking together, badminton in the park, or relaxing movie or series nights, everyone is actually open to any activity.
With Ruben you have in any case a new Fitti-Buddie, with Kia and her two dogs (yes, there are two small very dear dogs living in the WG) always someone to go for a walk and with Lizzie you can improve your English:) In addition, we have a huge living room (possibly soon even with table football) and a beautiful large balcony.
The WG-life is very familiar but still very free, uncomplicated and informal and of course everyone has his own life! :)
So we are looking for someone who simply fits well with us and has an open, tolerant and uncomplicated attitude.
