Hallo Zimmersuchender,
da die schöne und helle 2- Zimmer Wohnung zu groß für einen alleine ist suche ich demnächst einen Mitbewohner/in. Das Haus ist 2009 erbaut und dein neues Heim hat den Luxus von Badewanne, Fußbodenheizung, Balkon und Kamin(bei dir im Zimmer). Nebenbei gibt's auch in der neuen Küche eine Geschirrspülmaschine (yeah!) und eine Waschmaschine. Da ich kein Auto habe gibt es einen Stellplatz im Hof, den du gerne nutzen kannst.
Zentral (schräg gegenüber vom Hermann) und einen Katzensprung in die Innenstadt
Da ich beruflich recht viel eingespannt bin freue ich mich über jemand der vielleicht auch schon arbeitet oder gerade an seiner Master Arbeit herumdoktort. Ich freue mich auf gemeinsame Kochabende oder Sonntagsbrunch :-)!
Am besten Abends anrufen, manchmal werde ich es erst am nächsten Tag schaffen mich zurückzumelden.
Das Zimmer ist frei, ab wann du einziehst möchtest können wir ja einfach absprechen. Die Wohnung wird über die WVG vermietet und daher möchtest du dich dann im Verlauf dort vorstellen.
