Das Zimmer ist nicht allzu groß, reicht aber trotz allem aus und ist auch schön hell durch die große Fensterfront. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert hat eine schöne Küche und ein großes schönes Bad mit einem großen Spiegel. Die Küche ist auch sehr neu mit einer Herdplatte, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel wo fast ausschließlich Studenten wohnen. Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch das Hauptgebäude der Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb 5 minuten zu erreichen. Rewe ist ebenso nur 5 minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Mitbewohner ist 24, studiert BWL und ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher, höflicher junger Mann. Die Privatsphäre wird total respektiert, aber nach Absprache kann man gerne auch zusammen kochen oder sonstige Aktivitäten.
Gesucht wird ein netter Mitbewohner (männlich und weiblich). Ein nettes Zusammenleben und Miteinander wäre schön. Gespräche sind gerne erwünscht, aber auch nicht zwanghaft notwendig.
