Ideal für Praktikanten-Studenten!
Ab den 1. Mai gibt es ein Zimmer frei in meiner WG. Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, mit einem Schrank, einen Doppelbett und einen Büro. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Küche, ein Badzimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. (Kaltmiete: 318 euros + 16 euros fürs WLAN und Telefon.)
Unsere Wohnung liegt am vierten Stock von einen alten Gebäude. Unseres Viertel ist ziemlich ruhig mit vielen Gelegenheiten ganz herum. Es liegt im Hyperzentrum der Stadt. Also Bars und Pubs sind auch nicht sehr weit!
Ich bin Audrey, ich bin 22. und ich studiere Germanistik. Ich kann sowohl deutsch als auch englisch. Ich bin die Mitbewohnerin, die in der WG bleibt. Ich bin eine ruhige Person, ich mag auch gern feiern (aber besser am Wochenende). Es wird mir sehr freuen ein(e) deutsche(r) Mitbewohner(in) zu haben, um mein Deutsch zu üben! ;)
Das Zimmer ist ab den 1. Mai frei bis ende Juli frei, aber es ist auch möglich das Zimmer bis ende August zu bezahlen. Es ist auch möglich ende April in den Zimmer zu betreten.
