Mit dir wohnen in der WG noch Anja und Jule. Beide studieren an der FH in Güstrow. Anja zieht jedoch zum 01.03.19 aus.
Ihr teilt euch Bad und Küche, das 16m² Zimmer hast du für dich alleine.
Aktuell wird es als Wohnzimmer nicht genutzt, daher kannst du dort einziehen. Es ist teilmöbliert, die Möbel würden dann aber bei nicht Bedarf entfernt werden.
Die Miete beträgt pauschal 200€ inkl. Internet und Nebenkosten
Im Übrigen befindet sich die Wohnung in der Südstadt von Güstrow nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fachhochschule entfernt. Einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Ärzte und Apotheken sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Desweiteren ist der Inselsee nicht weit entfernt. Dort hat man viele Möglichkeiten um Sport zu treiben oder die frische Luft zu genießen.
