Ich wohne momentan alleine in dem Haus und würde mich freuen, neue Mitbewohner kennen zu lernen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat (ca. 17 qm) und das im zweiten Zimmer befindliche Büro (ca. 8qm) stehen ab sofort zur Verfügung. Die zwei Zimmer gibt es zusammen für 450€ im Monat und gehören beide dir (1. Etage, quasi eigene Etage)
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Abstellkammer und eine Waschmaschine.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, beide Studentenkneipen sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Busbahnhof nur 8 Minuten.
Die Uni ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Da ich momentan noch alleine hier lebe, kann ich noch nicht so viel dazu sagen. Jedoch hat das Haus auch einen kleinen Garten, in dem man die Möglichkeit zum Grillen hat, oder kleine Feiern veranstalten könnte. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr entspannt.
Das Wlan in der Wohnung ist mit 200k sehr gut. Das Haus kann immer gerne vorab besichtigt werden.
