Wir bieten ein schönes, helles, 20 qm großes Zimmer in einer geräumigen 6-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung. Die großen Fenster zeigen nach Süden. Der Eiche-Parkett-Fußboden ist neu und fühlt sich sehr angenehm an. Der Raum ist fast quadratisch, an zwei Wänden ist Platz für Schränke. In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem zwei Wohnzimmer, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. Wenn du Besuch hast, steht auch ein Gästezimmer zur Verfügung.
We offer a beautiful, bright, 20 sqm room in a spacious 6-room old building apartment. The large windows face south. The oak parquet floor is new and feels very comfortable. The room is almost square, with space for cupboards on two walls. There are also two living rooms in the apartment that we use together. If you have visitors, a guest room is also available.
Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Gunzenhausen, der Marktplatz mit Cafés und Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Gunzenhausen braucht man zu Fuß etwa zehn Minuten. Es handelt sich um ein Dreifamilienhaus, wir bewohnen das oberste Geschoss. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, zu den Stoßzeiten gibt es Verkehr, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein verwilderter Garten mit alten Obstbäumen. Einen Teil des Gartens können wir gemeinsam gestalten. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Der Altmühlsee ist mit dem Fahrrad in zehn Minuten zu erreichen und in anderthalb Stunden zu umrunden.
The house is located in the center of Gunzenhausen, the market square with cafés and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Gunzenhausen train station. It is a three-family house, we live on the top floor. The house is on a street, there is traffic at peak times, otherwise the location is quiet. Around the house there is an overgrown garden with old fruit trees. We can design part of the garden together. The recreational value of Gunzenhausen is worth mentioning. The Altmühlsee can be reached by bike in ten minutes and can be circled in an hour and a half.
Wir sind zwei berufstätige Frauen und teilen unser Leben gerne mit anderen. Beide kochen wir gerne und mit frischem Gemüse, wenn es sich ergibt, essen wir gemeinsam. Dabei ergeben sich oft schöne Gespräche. Immer wieder haben wir Besuch, der gerne willkommen ist. Dabei kann jede entscheiden, wie viel Zeit sie alleine verbringen möchte. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann sich in das eigene Zimmer zurück ziehen. Wir halten es für selbstverständlich, dass wir uns die Hausarbeit aufteilen. Wir haben auch ein Stückchen Garten hinterm Haus :-)
We are two working women and enjoy sharing our lives with others. We both like to cook and eat together with fresh vegetables when the opportunity arises. This often leads to nice conversations. We often have visitors who are always welcome. If you want to have peace and quiet, you can retreat to your own room. We take it for granted that we share the housework. We have some garden to use :-)
Es kann sein, dass dir der Preis für das Zimmer etwas hoch erscheint. Die Wohnung ist allerdings frisch renoviert und insbesondere in den Fußboden waren größere Investitionen notwendig. Die Räume sind großzügig und sehr schön gestaltet - und du kannst mehrere Räume mitbenutzen. Es gibt noch ein kleineres Zimmer, das wir möglicherweise zu einem günstigeren Preis vermieten. Wenn dich anspricht, was wir anbieten, melde dich gerne. Wir laden dich dann zum Kennenlernen mit Abendessen ein :-)
The price of the room may seem quite expensive to you. However, the apartment has been recently renovated and major investments were necessary, especially in the flooring. The rooms are spacious and very nice - and you can share several rooms. There is another smaller room that we may rent out at a cheaper price. If what we offer appeals to you, please get in touch. We will then invite you to get to know each other over dinner :-)
