Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht Ende August aus und daher wünsche ich mir eine neue Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Zimmer und eine große Küche sowie ein großes Bad.
Ich selber bin oft verreist btw das Wochenende weg und suche jemanden, der wie ich auch Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legt. Ich glaube, es ist wichtig, dass man in der Hinsicht ähnliche Vorstellungen hat.
Das tolle an der Wohnung ist die Lage: 5 Minuten vom Jungfernstieg, 5 Minuten von Planten un Blomen, 10 Minuten von der Reeperbahn (alles zu Fuß)....
Die Wohnung ist sicherlich eine gute Ausgangslage, um die Stadt zu erkunden!!

In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars sowie ein Wochenmarkt
Planten un Blomen, Reeperbahn, Jungfernstieg, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
