Die Miete und die Mietdauer sind verhandelbar. Ggf. ab sofort und mindestens bis zum 01.11.24 verfügbar, möglicherweise auch noch länger.

Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, möbliert (auf Wunsch auch 1,4m Bett möglich) und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Direkt am Zimmer ist der Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und sehr hell.

Du wirst die Wohnung größtenteils für dich haben, da ich pendle. Welche Möbel und welche Pflanzen im Zimmer bleiben ist verhandelbar.

Direkt an der Pauluskirche. Das Paulusviertel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Ist aber trotzdem beschaulich. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zu den nächsten Bahnhaltestellen und zum Supermarkt / Bäcker / Bar / Café usw.

Ich mache ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt. Du wirst die Wohnung größtenteils für dich haben.
