Hallo ihr Lieben,
einer unserer Mitbewohner:innen (Johann) ist am Ende seiner Ausbildung.. wir haben also ein Zimmer abzugeben: Es ist 16 m² groß, hat Stuck an der Decke und zwei große Fenster in Richtung Süden. Es ist dadurch sehr hell und im Winter, wenn die Sonne scheint, angenehm warm. Das Zimmer kann entweder unmöbliert sein oder wir können die Sofa, das Bett, den Schreibtisch und ein paar Schränke für dich verlassen.
Außerdem haben wir eine große, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, zwei Bäder sowie eine Abstellkammer. Der Einzug wär im April auch möglich.

Dear all,
one of our flatmates (Johann) is finishing his education, so we have a room available: It is 16 m² big, with stucco at the ceiling and two large windows facing south - so the room is very bright and rather warm in winter. The room can come unfurnished, or we can possibly leave the sofa, bed, desk and a few cupboards for you.
We also have a large, fully equipped, kitchen/living room and two bathrooms.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der LuWu, am Rande des Paulusviertels und direkt am Steintorcampus. Von hier aus erreichst du alles, was du brauchst, innerhalb von 10-20 Fußminuten (Hauptbahnhof, Uni, Marktplatz, Park). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts gleich um die Ecke (einen leckeren Bäcker, 24h-Edeka ca 5.min, Rewe, Lidl, Penny, NP 10min) und die Tramhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.

The flat is located at the edge of the Paulusviertel and very close to the new Steintor campus. You can reach nearly everything in 10 to 20 minutes by foot, for example the main train station, the university, the city centre and the Peißnitz park. Several supermarkets are only 5-10 minutes away (24h-Edeka!) and a tram stop is right in front of our house.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe aus Studierenden (Ibragim, Charly, Romy), Arbeitenden (Larissa, Clemens) und Absolvent:innen (Maria). Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich recht unkompliziert und ist sehr familiär. Wir frühstücken oft zusammen oder treffen uns in der Küche und kochen, oder unternehmen auch etwas gemeinsam, je nachdem wer gerade so da ist und Zeit bzw. Lust hat (z.B. spontane Abend-/Nachmittagsunternehmungen, Spiele-/Filmabende, Ausflüge zum See) - heißt aber auch nicht, dass du bei allem und immer überall dabei sein musst; wenn du deine Ruhe haben magst, kannst du einfach deine Tür schließen.

We are a mixed group of students, workers and a recent school graduate. Life in our flat is easygoing, the atmosphere cozy. We often meet in the kitchen, having breakfast together, cooking dinner or doing activities together like going to slam/jam sessions, concerts, having a board game party or cycling to our favourite lake. Most of that is rather spontaneous; if you need some time for yourself, you're always going to find it in your room.
Der Einzug wäre ab dem 15.03. möglich. Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich bei Ibragim, bitte per Nachricht über WG-gesucht oder in Telegram - bitte keine Anrufe (weil ich meistens eh nicht aus dem Kopf weiss, wann wir Zeit haben). Aufgrund der aktuellen Coronasituation haben wir uns dazu entschlossen, zuerst ein kurzes Skype-Interview mit euch zu machen, bevor wir uns persönlich treffen.

The move-in date would be possible from the 15th of March onwards. If you´re interested in the room please contact Ibragim per message via WG-gesucht or Telegram - please no calls don't make too much sense either since I have go get back to all flatmates first to find out when enough of us are free. Due to Corona we decided to invite people for a short Skype interview first before meeting in person.
