ich suche auf diesem Weg einen lieben und offenen Mitbewohnerin / Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer, was dir gehören könnte, hat eine Größe von 17m². Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2.Etage.
Die Wohnung liegt ideal in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, zur Uni sind es 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Ebenfalls befinden sich direkt in der Umgebung zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Penny & Plus).
Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren riesen Balkon. Den kannst du natürlich mitbenutzen. Alle Zimmer haben große Fenster und die Wohnung ist angenehm hell.
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, mit Couch und Sessel.Das Bad hat zwei Waschbecken.
Ebenfalls ist Internet (DSL) möglich.
