Ich, 24, Medizinstudentin seit 4 Sem., suche eine neue WG in der Innenstadt da ich gern zentraler wohnen möchte, am liebsten Paulusviertel, Mühlwegviertel oder Altstadt.
Gern auch gemeinsame WG-Neugründung.
Das Zimmer sollte 20-30 m² groß sein und die WM zwischen 200-350 € betragen.
Super wären Balkon und PKW-Stellplatz, aber kein Muss.
Bzgl. des Einzugstermins bin ich flexibel, ab sofort oder auch erst im Dezember.
