Ich biete hier zwei Zimmer in einer WG an. Die Zimmer haben zusammen eine Größe von 34 qm und beide Zugang zum Balkon. Sie sind über einen kleinen Flurteil miteinander verbunden. Die WG ist Seitenunterteilt so das die Gemeintschftsräume ( Küche, Bad und Flur) in der Mitte sind. Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und geräumig. Die zu vermietende Zimmer sind auch sehr Lichtdurchflutete.
Die Wg ist mit dem Auto ca 3 min von der Innenstadt von Halle entfernt. Sie ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen und vom Balkon aus hat man Blick auf einen Wald.
In der Wg lebt eine weitere Mitbewohnerin.
Sie Wg ist in einem Familienhaus in dem unten im Eg ein Pärchen in ihrer Wohnung lebt und oben in der Dachgeschosswohnung lebt auch noch ein Pärchen. Im Keller ist Platz den man noch nutzen kann, es gibt eine Garage in der man sein Fahhrad abstellen kann und man hat seinen eigenen Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
