Moin, in unserer 2er-WG vermiete ich für Dezember und Januar mein Zimmer unter.
Es handelt sich um einen schönen, hellen Altbau in der Haubachstr in Altona. 4. Stock, Dielenboden, 2 Balkone. Die Wohnung ist 92 qm groß, mit zwei verbundenen Wohnzimmern als Wohnbereich. Das nun freie Schlafzimmer ist 16 qm und möbliert.
Die Miete umfasst alles, inkl Nebenkosten, Internet, Waschmaschine, etc.
Wir (Niko & Philipp) wohnen zu zweit in der großen 4-Zimmer-Wohnung. Da ich ich (Niko) für zwei Monate nicht in Hamburg sein werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer unter. Philipp ist 25, im dualen Studium und tagsüber viel unterwegs. Für gemeinsames Kochen oder einen Barabend ist er aber immer zu haben :)
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich gut in Schuss, Sauberkeit und pfleglicher Umgang mit den Möbeln sind sehr wichtig.
