Das Zimmer liegt in EG und ist voll mobiliert mit einem großen Bett, ein Sofa, Schreibteich und Stuhl. Es gibt 2 großen Fenster in Richtung Straße, die Straße ist aber leise und kann man ohne Problem auf haben.
Die Küche ist auch ausgestattet, da haben wir einen kleinen Tisch, Herdplatte, Ofen und alles was man fürs Kochen benötigt.
Das beste vom Haus ist der Garten, wo mach sich entspannen kann und das frische Luft genießen.
Wie haben leider keine Waschmaschine, es gibt ein Waschsalon 2 Minuten entfernt, wo man easy wachen kann.
The room is in the ground floor and fully equipped, there is a big bed, a sofa, a desk and chair. There is two big windows looking to the street, but the street is quiet, so you can open the windows without a problem.
The Kitchen is also fully equipped, with a oven, stove, a table. The absolute best is the garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht 5 Minuten von dem Holstenstraße Bh., wo man mit der S21 in 1 Haltestelle in Sternschanze ist, dazu gibt es viele Buslinien, die dich überall einfach verbindet. Bis Hbf dauert es 7 Minuten mit der S21
In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants, Kiosks, Aldi, Denns und alles mögliches was man braucht.
Es gibt ein Park 1 Minute zu Füß, wo man herrlich laufen und sich spazieren kann.
The apartment is not 5 minutes away from the Holstenstraße station, there thanks to the S21 you can reach Sternschanze in 1 station and the main station in about 7 Minutes, there are also a lot of bus lines that connect to everywhere.
Near there are restaurants, small shops, an Aldi and a Denns, so you will have everything that you need in walking distance.
There is a park 1 minute away when you can jog or walk :)
Das WG-Leben ist unkompliziert, meine Mitbewohner kommen aus Indien und Brazil, wir sprechen meistens Englisch miteinander. 2 von uns sind vor relativ kurz eingezogen, so wir haben kein richtiges WG-Leben, partys usw. solltest du nicht erwartet, die Wohnung ist eher leise.
The life her is uncomplicated, everyone does their own thing, but we are friendly with each other. My flatmates come from India and Brazil, We don't really have a WG-life, you should not expect parties and co., the apartment is quite quiet and we are mostly out.
In the photos you see the room without my things, since I will be gone for some months visiting my family I will take a lot of it with me but some will have to stay, unless you have a LOT of things I believe the space should be more than enough.
The deposit can be spitted in two parts.
