I rent out my flatmates room. It's temporarily available until 28.02.2023, you can optionally extend the rent until end of March. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the price is for rent until 28.02.2023! Here is his description:
The room is around 20 squared meters, it has two persons bed, one sessel, one couch, one desk with its chair, shelves and one wardrobe. Also there’s a chilling seating in the balcony. The whole apartment has 3 private rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is located in the beginning of Altona Nord, 10 min walking from Ottensen, 20 mins walking from Bahnhof Altona. The nearest bus stop is 3 mins away walking, you will have access to buses X3 and 3. The location is 10 mins away by transportation from Sternschanze and one bus stop away from Holstenstrasse. Also 15 mins away from Reeperbahn by bike. Kaufland supermarket is 5 mins away by walking.
You will stay with two lovely people Sarah and Linus. Sarah works during daytime and comes home in the evening to prepare some food which she sometimes likes to share. Linus works at events at different times but he loves to have a cup of tea while chatting in the kitchen when he's at home. They are up for getting to know new people. You can socialize and make plans together. The flat is clean and neat, there’s an easy rotating cleaning schedule. You will literally feel home.
