Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß und möbliert. Über das Zimmer ist die Loggia betretbar. Da das Zimmer zur Straße hin liegt kann es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut werden. Die Geräuschdämmung ist ansonsten sehr gut, da es sich um einen Neubau handelt.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche.

The room is 11 qm and furnished. The loggia is accessible from the room. Since the room faces the street, it can be quite noisy when the window is open. However, the noise insulation is very good, since it is a new building.
There is a big living room with eat-in kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Bahrenfeld und grenzt an Ottensen. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar sind. Man kommt auch schnell ins Zentrum von Ottensen.

The apartment is located in the district of Bahrenfeld and borders Ottensen. There are some shopping facilities that can be reached either on foot or by bike. You can also quickly get to the center of Ottensen.
Es sollte keine reine Zweck WG sein. Ich würde mich über gemeinsame Kochabende oder Filmabende freuen. Aber natürlich ist es auch wichtig dem Anderen genügend Raum zu geben. Ansonsten ist mir noch wichtig, dass wir beide Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Wohnung übernehmen.
