Ab Januar kann eine 12 m² große Wohngemeinschaft gemietet werden, da ich in eine andere Wohnung in der Nähe meiner Universität umziehe. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Arbeitstisch und einem Stuhl. Das Zimmer selbst ist zum Hinterhof in einer Wohnanlage gelegen, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Es gibt auch zwei wundervolle Mädchen, die sich die Wohnung teilen. Sie teilen sich also Bad und Küche mit Ihren Mitbewohnern. Küche ist mir Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine sowie einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Auch in den Schränken und im Kühlschrank ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Duschbadewanne sowie Stauraum über und unter dem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Die Gesamtmiete (inkl. Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet) beträgt 620 €. Das Bett ist neu, es wurde 2023 eingebaut, also komplett neue Matratze.
A 12 m² shared apartment will be available to rent from January as I am moving to another apartment near my university. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelf, work table and a chair. The room itself faces the backyard in a residential complex, which makes it very quiet. There are also two wonderful girls who share the apartment. So you share the bathroom and kitchen with your roommates. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and a dining table. There is also enough storage space in the cupboards and refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath and storage space above and below the sink. The total rent (including electricity, water, heating, internet) is €620. The bed is new, it was installed in 2023, so a completely new mattress.

Wir haben einen Penny-Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke und in 5 Minuten gibt es Rewe, Famila, Budny und viele andere Geschäfte.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Barmbek Nord, it is well connected to public transport (bus, S-Bahn) and close to the main street Fuhlsbüttlerstrasse, you can reach many shops and cafes are also easy within walking distance. We have a Penny supermarket just behind a corner and in 5 minutes there are Rewe, Famila, Budny and many other shops.
Über Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner: Houda kommt aus Marokko, sie ist IT-Spezialistin in einem recht erfolgreichen Start-up. Sie spricht Arabisch, Englisch und lernt gerne Deutsch. Sehr positive und freundliche Person.
Vasilisa aus Russland, sie arbeitet als Projektmanagerin in einer Werbeagentur. Sie spricht Englisch, Russisch und lernt auch Deutsch. Auch ein sehr freundliches und nettes Mädchen. Mädchen unterhalten sich beim Essen und Kochen gerne über interessante Themen.
About your future flatmates: Houda is from Morocco, she is an IT specialist in a quite successful start-up. She speaks Arabic, English and enjoys learning German. Very positive and friendly person.
