ich bin Ausländer, mein Deutsch ist nur ok. Ich schreibe hier auf deutsch. Wenn du mich nicht verstehst , bitte einfach per mail fragen.
Wir fliegen im Sommer nach Hause. Zwischen 14. Juli und 25 August. Da meine Wohnung frei wird, dachte ich vielleicht besser zu vermieten. Meine Wohnung ist 74 qm groß, 3 Zimmer, 1 Küche und Bad mit Balkon. Ich werde die genannte Zeitraum meine Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer vermieten. Natürlich das Bad und Küche auch. Strom, Wasser, Telefon (innerhalb Deutsche Festnetz und handy sind mit dem Preis drin). Backofen, Herd, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Reiskocher, Staubsauger, Fernseher mit 3D (3D Brille kann man mit Kino Brille benutzen, Blu-ray player, Haar Trockner sind alle drin. 6 Wochen pauschal €950. (Das heisst pro Zimmer pro Monat €340 ca. Ich hätte gern €1000 Kaution haben. Natürlich wird alle zurück geben wenn keine Sachen kaputt ist, Ausland telefonieren oder Service Hotline Anruf. Ideal für Pärchen oder kleine Familie mit Baby. Ich hab ein Babybett und Wickeltisch mit Babybadewanne hier. Passt auch für 2 WGs (ich kann eine Matratze im Wohnzimmer lassen) Wir sprechen alle darüber!

I am not german but speak fairly good german. Or you can of course speak English. We will out of town in the period of 14.7 and 25.8. Around six weeks our flat will be completely free for renting out. The price first: €950 all-in for the period I mentioned. That means €340/room/month. Deposit €1000 additional of course will be returned if no damage is found. No IDD call or service Hotline is made. The price is incl. Electricity, Water, phone call (local & mobile). Our flat is 74 sqm. 3 rooms, bathroom and kitchen. I'm gonna rent out 1 bedroom (one 140x200cm double bed and a baby bed) and the living room. We have pretty much everything here, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, water boiler, toaster, rice cooker, stove, oven, vacuum cleaner, 3D TV (can use cinema 3D glasses), Blu-ray player, hair dryer etc.

Meine Wohnung liegt in Barmbek, gegenüber Barmbek Bahnhof mit gute parkmöglichkeit. U-bahn S-bahn und Bus, Einkauf Möglichkeit, Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Rewe, Edeka, Asien und türkische Läden ) McDonalds, Oktober, Ärzte, Hamburger Meile ist in der nähe. Stadtpark ist nur 10 min zu fuss. Super praktisch. Wenn du kürzerer zeit mieten möchtest, frag einfach wir sprechen darüber. Schreib mir einfach wenn du dich interessiert.

The flat is located in Barmbek, less than 15 min to the city by U/S bahn. Several bus lines. Supermarkets, restaurants, Doctors, Shops, Hamburger Meile is just 2 km from here. 1 km to stadtpark. U/S bahn is in front of the door. Do I miss out anything? If yes, please feel free to ask.
Die Wohnung ist komplett frei ohne jemand zwischen 14.7 und 25.8.2015. Es ist ideal für 2er WG oder Pärchen oder Pärchen mit Baby
