meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und deswegen suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Von den vier Zimmern würdest du zwei haben. Also könntest du dir ein Büro o.ä. einrichten.
Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon nach Süd/Ost mit Blick auf den grünen Hinterhof. Mein Zimmer hat auch einen Balkon, der allerdings an der Straße liegt.
Wir haben ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und ein abgetrenntes WC.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit zwei Kühlschränken inkl. Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle.
Außerdem haben wir eine Couch, Esstisch, Fernseher und Dartscheibe im Wohnzimmer.
Wir haben außerdem ein eigenes Kellerabteil und Zugang zu einem Fahrradkeller.

my roommate is moving out and therefore I am looking for a new roommate or flatmate. From the four rooms you would have two. So you could set up an office or something similar.
The living room has a balcony facing south/east with a view of the green backyard. My room also has a balcony, but it faces the street.
We have a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators including freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.
We also have a couch, dining table, TV and dartboard in the living room
We also have our own cellar compartment and access to a bicycle cellar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Zur U-Bahn Habichtraße sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Barmbeker Bahnhof 15 Minuten. Eine Bussstation befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür.
Supermärkte sind 250m und 450m entfernt.
The apartment is very well located. It is a 5-minute walk to the Habichtraße subway and 15 minutes to the Barmbek train station. A bus station is right outside the front door.

Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und wohne mittlerweile seit 7 Jahren hier. Das WG-Leben war bisher immer sehr entspannt. Dadurch, dass ich berufstätig bin, lege ich darauf Wert dass es unter der Woche ruhiger zugeht. Für Partys am Wochenende bin ich ab und zu aber auch gerne zu haben. In der Woche arbeite ich recht viel und gehe danach und am Wochenende gerne zum Sport (Crossfit und Volleyball).
