Moin an alle Wohnungssuchenden,
Ich ziehe kurzfristig aus der Wg aus da ich nach langer Wohnungssuche spontan etwas gefunden habe.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist voll ausgestattet. Im Kaltmietpreis ist alles inbegriffen.
Das Zimmer selber hat auch alles was man braucht, ein Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch.
Das Zimmer ist bis ende Juni auf jeden Fall frei es gibt die möglichkeit dass es doch länger gemietet werden kann da die vermieterin vielleicht nichtmehr in die wohnung zurück zieht.
Der Mitbewohner ist super ruhig und Student, ich kam super mit ihn klar.
Die Wohnung liegt super gelegen nah an dem Osterbekkanal und man ist in 7min an der Station Barmbek. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auch nur so 5 Gehminuten entfent.
Ich habe nicht lange in der Wohnung gewohnt aber während der kurzen Zeit haben wir immer gut in der Küche geredet und kamen sonst gut klar. Da Julius in der Klausurenphase war und ich vollzeit gearbeitet habe geb es wenig Überschneidungen. Generell kommt er super locker rüber und ist auch offen für mehr wg leben als wir hatten
