Zum Angebot stehen 2 Zimmer:
1) Großes Zimmer
Das "große" Zimmer hat 12,5 qm und ein Fenster zum Osten (es gibt also morgens Sonne). Es wird möbiliert übergeben - das ist leider nicht verhandelbar, also wer den Tisch, Bett und das Regal nicht möchte, muss sich selbst um Sperrmüll kümmern (ich helfe auch gerne). Anfang diesen Jahres habe ich in dem Zimmer alle Tapeten entfernt und die Wand ist neu gestrichen, die Wände sind aber "uneben" und nicht komplett glatt. Wände streichen oder tapezieren ist auch in Ordnung, das haben die Vormieter auch gemacht ;)
2) Kleines Zimmer/Abstellraum
Der Abstellraum (Fenster Richtung Nord-Osten) wäre ebenfalls deiner. er ist nur ganz niedliche 3,5 qm groß aber es passt tatsächlich ein Stuhl und Schreibtisch herein, weshalb er sich theoretisch als Büro eignen würde. Die Makel an dem Raum sind:
- dort ist Tapete und auch alter Anstrich noch drauf - das kann auf eigene Verantwortung entfernt werden (muss aber nicht wenn du es so lassen möchtest).
- An einer Stelle könnte man wenn man möchte ein kleines (faustgroßes) Loch zuspachteln. Ich würde da ggf. helfen.
- Es gibt keinen Heizkörper in dem Raum. Angesichts der Größe ist aber aber in 10 Minuten mit einer angezündeten Kerze ziemlich kuschelig.

There are 2 rooms included in the price:
1) Large room
The "large" room has 12.5 square meters and a window to the east (so there is sun in the morning). It will be handed over furnished - unfortunately this is not negotiable, so if you don't want the table, bed and shelves, you have to take care of it yourself (I'm happy to help though). Earlier last year I removed all wallpaper from the room and repainted the wall, so the walls are "uneven" and not completely smooth. Painting or wallpapering the walls is also fine, the previous tenants did that too ;) If you want to leave it like this - also completely fine and your choice!
2) Small room/storage room
The storage room (window facing north-east) would also be yours. it's only a very cute 3.5 square meters, but you can actually fit a chair and desk in it, which is why it would theoretically be suitable as an office. The flaws in the room are:
- there is wallpaper and old paint on it - you can remove it at your own discretion (but you don't have to if you want to leave it that way).
- At one point you could fill up a small (fist-sized) hole if you wanted. I would help there if necessary.
- There is no radiator in the room. Given the size, but is pretty cozy in 10 minutes with a lit candle.
Das Haus in dem die Dachgeschosswohnung liegt ist ein kleiner Glückgriff in Billstedt. Unsere Straße ist ruhig und nur Einfamilienhäuser, der Ausblick aus dem Fenster zeigt auch dass wir eine kleine grüne Oase um uns herum haben.
Bus&Bahn:
In 3 Min. zu Fuß ist man bei der U-Bahn (U2) Station Steinfurther Allee- von dort aus fahren natürlich auch Busse. Mit der U2 ist man in 30 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Wichtig: hier sind aktuell Bauarbeiten der U2, die noch lange andauern. Daher muss man sich leider auf den Schienenersatzverkehr einstellen oder Fahrrad fahren.
Einkaufen:
Zu Fuß ist in 5 Min Netto zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten gibt es die Straße herunter einen ALDI und direkt daneben einen türkischen Supermarkt.
Mit Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten beim Billstedt Center (da gibt es 150 Läden, inklusive Media Markt, DM, Rossmann, REWE, etc. etc.) oder wenn man in die andere Richtung fährt bei einem großen Kaufland (direkt daneben sind ein Baumarkt, Möbelladen, Outlet, Fitnesscenter, Asia Supermarkt etc. etc.).
Natur:
Fußläufig ist der Waldpark Steinfurth schnell erreichbar - dort ist ein kleiner See um den man gut schnelle Spazierrunden drehen kann.
Viel schöner sind der Öjendorfer Park (das ist eine größere Anlage mit See und großen Wiesenflächen, an den auch ein sehr schöner Friedhof grenzt - super gut für Fahrradtouren) und die Boberger Dünen (wunderschöne Natur: Heide, Dünen, Wald, See und eine freilaufende Schafsherde die man bei Glück sieht). Sowohl die Dünen als auch der Öjendorfer Park sind in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Stadtteil:
Um es mit den Worten meiner Mutter zu sagen: "Von den schlechten Stadtteilen ist Billstedt der Beste". Also hier sind Plattenbau und nicht das "feine" Hamburg zu sehen - aber auch viele ruhige Ecken und Nähe zu Natur. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl.

The house in which the top floor apartment is located is a lucky find in our usually not so pretty district Billstedt. Our street is quiet and only single-family houses, the view from the window also shows that we have a small green oasis around us.
Bus&Train:
In 3 minutes on foot you are at the subway (U2) station Steinfurther Allee - buses also go from there, of course. The U2 takes you to the main train station in about 30 minutes. Important: there is currently construction work on the U2, which will continue for some time. Unfortunately, you have to be prepared for the rail replacement service (but even with that you will still reach the main station in 30 minutes and the university main campus in 45 -50 min) or ride a bike.
Shopping:
Netto can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is an ALDI 5 minutes down the road and a Turkish supermarket right next to it.
By bike you are in 10 minutes at the Billstedt Center (there are 150 shops there, including Media Markt, DM, Rossmann, REWE, etc. etc.) or if you drive in the other direction at a large Kaufland (right next to it is a hardware store , furniture store, outlet, fitness center, Asia supermarket etc. etc.).
Nature:
The park Waldpark Steinfurth can be reached quickly on foot - there is a small lake around which you can go for quick walks.
Much nicer are the Öjendorfer Park (this is a larger area with a lake and large meadow areas, which is also bordered by a very nice cemetery - great for bike tours) and the Boberger Dünen (beautiful nature: heath, dunes, forest, lake and a free-running one herd of sheep that you can see if you are lucky). Both the dunes and the Öjendorfer Park can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike.
District:
To put it in the words of my mother: "Billstedt is the best of the bad parts of the city". So here you can see prefabricated buildings and not the "fine" Hamburg - but also many quiet corners and closeness to nature. I feel very comfortable here.
Wer hier wohnt:
Ich bin Janna (sie/ihr), 25 Jahre alt und studiere Geschichtswissenschaften im Master. Ich bin ruhig, ordnungsbewusst und meine Freizeit verbringe ich oft in der Natur auf Fahrrad- und Kajaktouren. Ich bin queer und mache in meiner Freizeit Drag. Nebenher male ich oft und mache gerne Yoga.
Unter uns wohnt Finnja - die ist schon Mitte 30 (wie alt genau weiß ich tbh nicht mehr) und berufstätig. Finnja möchte gerne ihre Ruhe haben und zu ihrem Mietvertrag gehört auch der Garten den wir leider leider nicht mitbenutzen dürfen (da besteht leider leider auch kein Verhandlungsraum). Sie ist eine liebe Mitmieterin/Nachbarin und steht auch zur Hilfe falls etwas nicht funktioniert oder man sich ihre Leiter ausleihen muss. Finnja ist links (antirassismus, antisexismus und antihomophobie, etc. sind ihr sehr wichtig) und ich würde sie als lieben Öko beschreiben.

Who lives here:
I'm Janna (she/her), 25 years old and I'm studying history for a master's degree. I am calm, orderly and I often spend my free time in nature on bike and kayak tours. I'm queer and do drag in my spare time. On the side, I often paint and like to do yoga.
Finnja lives below us - she is already in her mid-30s (I don't remember exactly how old) and works. Finnja would like to have peace and quiet and her rental agreement also includes the garden, which unfortunately we are not allowed to share (unfortunately there is no room for negotiation). She is a dear co-tenant/neighbor and is also available to help if something doesn't work or you have to borrow her ladder.
About you:
Because we will only live together for two months, I just want somebody who is calm and chill :)
