Ab sofort wird mein super schönes und großes WG-Zimmer frei in Hamburg, Blankenese. Mit seinem großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell und durch das kleinere Fenster scheint sogar morgens manchmal die Sonne :)
Der große Einbauschrank bietet viel Stauraum.
Die Wohnung hat eine super süße Küche mit kleinem Balkon und ein Wohnzimmer, das alle zusammen nutzen. Außerdem gibt es eine Terrasse mit Garten, der im Sommer super schön ist! Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss.
Die Wohnung liegt im sehr ruhigen und schönen Stadtteil Blankenese. Die S-Bahn Station ist in einer Minute Fußweg zu erreichen, wodurch man gut an andere Stadtteile angebunden ist. In direkter Umgebung sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, dm, Budni etc.), aber auch Cafés und Restaurants. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist man super schnell im Treppenviertel und an der Elbe.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen Mia (20) und Cosma (19) sind beide im Oktober eingezogen, die WG ist also noch relativ frisch und kann somit gut von dir mitgestaltet werden. Beide machen gerade ein Jahr Pause nach ihrem Abi und arbeiten im Café.
Für die Waschmaschine müsstest du einen Abschlag von 160€ zahlen, das können wir aber auch gerne nochmal besprechen!
Einzug wäre ab sofort möglich :))
